This is a common question we are asked, our engineered floor system and solid, hard-sided walls work together to make plumbing installation straightforward. The hard-sided walls provide the structural support needed for plumbing fixtures, while the integrated flooring system creates a built-in chase beneath the ¾” floor sheathing, allowing you to run water supply lines with ease.
Waste lines can be routed down and under the integrated floor system. The floor chase is not ideal for drain lines because it may not provide the proper slope for effective drainage.
